Chocolat fondant
Ingredient :
- 200 g of chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 90 g of butter
- 30 g of flour
- 30 g of sugar
Put together the butter and chocolate in a bowl. After pu it into the micro wave. Check often, the chocolate and butter need to melt down but becareful, not too much so. It should be very soft :). Moreover, add into an other bowl the 3 eggs with the sugar. Mix it. Take the first bowl ( chocolate and butter ) and add the ingredients of the second bowls ( sugar and eggs) into the first one. Add delicately the flour and mix all together. Butter the tin and put the mix into it.
Preheat the oven 200 degre. Dont let the chocolate fondant more than 10 min in the oven. You need to check often. The fondant must cook around but the heart should be runny !
This recipe is perfect for dessert in a 3 rd date. Sweet with some strawberries and champagne is perfect !
