Quiche lorraine :

Time to cook : 30 min
Temperature : 250 degree

Ingredients :
  • 1 pastry
  • 3 eggs
  • 30 cl of sour cream
  • 25cl of milk
  • 300g of bacon
  • 150g of grated cheese
  • salt and pepper
Spread out the pastry duting 30 min. Prick the pastry with a fork everywhere. Take the bacon and cook them in a pan. Take a bowl and break the 3 eggs inside it. After add into it the sour cream. Mixed the eggs and sour cream with a whip. Add on it the bacon, salt and pepper. Butter the plate and put the pastry into it. Spread the ingredients into the bowl on the the pastry.The liquid should be spread out on the pastry harmoniously. Prinkle on the dish the cheese. Put the dish into the oven during 30 min in a temperature of 250 degree.
