Carbonara Pasta

For two personnes
Ingredients :

- 200 g pasta
- 200 g sour cream
- 250 g of bacon
- 1 onion
- lemon juce
- soy sauce
- 2 eggs

In the first part of the recipe, cook the pasta. During the time the past are cooking, cut the onion and fry them in the pan. After, when the onion are nealy cooked ( caramel color but not too caramel), add the bacon. Add with it a little of lemon juce and soy sauce. Not too much. Test it regularly, it must suit to your taste. Add black peper and salt. Stir often. When the bacon, is cooked, add the sour cream and stir the mix quickly and when the sour cream is becoming liquid turn off the range. The pasta are cook as well ( it depend of your taste : adelante or cooked). Put the pasta into your 2 plates, and put on the top the mix on your pasta. To finish crack the eggs, through away the white part and put the yellow on the top of your meal. Mixed all, and for the gourmand add some cheese and enjoy it :)!
